RIGGS Catalog - where you can purchase the RIGGS flashcards.
RIGGS phonograms - just scroll down to view the RIGGS phonograms and hear them spoken by a person.
Reading Sounds and Spelling List - This page has an exhaustive list of the sounds and when we use them in spelling which may help explain to parents how to better help their child understand phonograms.
Phonogrampage.com - This website has the 70 Spalding phonogram sounds - you can click on the phonograms and hear the sounds. These are not exactly the same as RIGGS, but so close that if a child learned these, they could easily learn the rest in class.
